I love the well-made, attractive pendant light! It’s a lovely addition to this little house. It was safely packaged and shipped in a reasonable time. It was easy to install (via my husband;)). Customer service was prompt with my inquiries.

It looks just like the picture, and everything seems to be of good quality. My dad is our electrician, and he was happy with the fixture and electrical part of it. They packaged it really well too so even though the box (clearly marked "FRAGILE") had been through some things, the contents were safe and undamaged in their foam.
