WHAT’S THIS I HEAR ABOUT A 100-DAY TRIAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?
We believe you should find the right fixture for you, and sometimes you can’t know what fits best until you try it out. If you decide that your products aren’t quite right for you during the first 100 days after you receive them, feel free to return them for a full refund—no questions asked. Our return process is simple.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MasterCard Debit and Visa Debit.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Shipping lights, especially light fixtures made of glass, can be tricky. If your light fixture arrives broken or chipped, please complete this form. We’ll always make it right.
HOW DOES YOUR ADD-ON SHIPPING PROTECTION WORK?
We want your products to land safely at your doorstep. To offer peace of mind in the event that your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, we offer an optional shipping protection service (you’ll see the add-on option at checkout) at a fixed rate of $10.00
If you do not add shipping protection, you accept that Tinypopupshop is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged. However, our customers always come first, and we’ll try our best to work with you to make it right.
WARRANTY
Standard warranty period is 5 years. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues with the product. Please visit the warranty page for more info.
Shipping & Returns
How much does it cost to ship?
We offer a $9.99 flat rate for shipping under $250. Shipping on orders above $250 is free.
When will my order ship?
Our fixtures are built within 7-12 business days and take 6-12 days to arrive this can however be slower or faster depending on which shipping rate you choose at checkout. Please reach out to us if you have a project deadline as we can typically accommodate.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Canada (excluding Nunavut), the United States, and the United Kingdom. If you're located outside of these regions, then send us an email and we'd be happy to work on a solution together.
What's your return policy? How do I return my product?
If you’re not in love with your new light, you have 100 days from the delivery date to exchange it or return it for a full refund. You can start a return or exchange here. Where do I check the status of my order once it's shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation and a tracking number so you can follow your package as it travels to your home.

Are your fixtures dimmable?
Yes, all of our fixtures are compatible with dimmer switches. Thanks!
Is this fixture compatible with my country's voltage?
Yes, our fixtures are 110-240V compatible so they work in all countries.
Are bulbs included with the purchase of a fixture?
Some of our fixtures may include bulbs, but this is not standard. Please refer to individual listings for bulb information.
Do your lights come with everything needed to be installed?
Yes. We provide installation hardware and instructions with every order.
Are your light safety certified?
All the lampshades are either CE, FSC or UL certified in order to comply with the latest European safety and American standards. Please refer to individual listings for information.
My ceiling is slanted. How do I install fixtures on a slanted ceiling?
Our pendant lights hung by cord as apposed to pipe will hang straight regardless of ceiling slope.
Flush mounted lights cannot accommodate slanted ceilings.
Can the pendant lights be made longer?
Yes. We make all of our fixtures to order. Standard lengths are 48″, but we can do any length needed.
